About Me

I love supporting young children and their families in ways that feel manageable and make sense for real life. My goal is to offer practical, evidence-based support -so you leave feeling more equipped, not more overwhelmed.

I work with families who are open to making small, meaningful tweaks to their routines, environment or expectations - always in a way that aligns with their child’s unique temperament and developmental needs.

My approach is different to traditional OT models. I offer short-term, targeted sessions outside of standard business hours - because I know how hard it is to squeeze in one more thing during the workday. These sessions are designed to empower families with tools and strategies they can use long after therapy ends.

I also choose to work with a small number of families at a time. That means I can be fully present with you and your child - offering individualised, one-on-one support that’s responsive, not rushed. Whether we meet in your home, outdoors or online, you’ll never feel like just another name on a waitlist.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked as a paediatric Occupational Therapist in children’s hospitals around the world, therapeutic playgroups, long day care centres, preschools and family homes. I’ve presented at conferences, supported hundreds of families through big developmental transitions, and been featured in several Australian media publications.

Through all of this, I’ve developed a deep passion for advocating for the needs of young children and their caregivers—and for offering care that’s not only informed by neuroscience, but shaped by kindness, flexibility, and respect.
